£24,491 - £27,041 per annum

plus essential car user allowance


37 hours per week


 Temporary contract until 30th June 2022

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our busy Housing Options team in delivering excellent and customer focused services.

You will be responsible for a wide range of void & allocation management services including the management of void properties, garages, mutual exchanges, nominations, and adapted properties within defined timescales to maximise the best use of housing stock and resources.

To fulfil this role you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing high levels of customer service at a time of improvement within the housing department.

To apply for the position you must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience of housing or related experience. You must also have a full and valid driving licence and access to a car.
