Waking Night Care Assistant

20 – 40 hours per week (2 – 4 nights) flexible and/or negotiable

An exciting opportunity has arisen, to help shape the future within the boarding facility of this fully generic all-age special school. This post is based at the purpose built, boarding provision; “Russell House” situated at Wyre Forest School. This provision will offer mid-weekly, term-time boarding for up to sixteen pupils aged 8-19 Years.

It is expected that candidates will have recent experience within the care role in a social care provision that preferably caters for children/young people with learning disabilities and complex needs. Candidates should have a clear understanding of what effective care for children/young people looks like and how to work with colleagues to ensure that high standards of care are met.
