Senior Quality Assurance Officer – Provider Incident Management Support

Salary:  £37,890 - £41,881 per annum

 37 Hours per week – Fixed Term Contract: 31 March 2022

Staffordshire’s Local Outbreak Plan details how Staffordshire County Council will work with local and national partners to prevent and manage outbreaks of Covid 19. 

The Provider Incident Management Support Team was created specifically to provide tailored, focussed support to adult care settings in response to Covid 19.

The role(s) will be specifically responsible for:

  • Providing prompt reactive support to adult care settings reporting an incident of COVID-19, including completion of a risk assessment and chairing Incident Management Team meetings.
  • Providing a range of proactive information, advice and guidance to adult care settings to help minimise / mitigate the risk of COVID-19, including webinars, drafting local policy and guidance, briefings and webpages.
  • Providing support to the Provider Improvement Management support team processes, daily performance, identification and escalation of risks, recording and interpreting data.

Covid 19 experience in health and social care settings is desirable but not essential.
