The Rivers CofE Academy Trust - North Worcester Primary Academy

Start date: 1st September (or as soon as possible after this date pending notice periods)

37 hours per week, all year round

25 days (rising to 30 after 5 years’ service) annual leave & bank holidays

An exciting opportunity has become available due to an internal promotion for an ambitious and aspiring School Business Professional (SBP) who has the desire and drive to develop further, to work with two of the family of schools within our growing multi-academy trust.  We are proud to have a team of highly talented and experienced professionals who work passionately to support our schools in creating inspiring learning opportunities and improving life chances for all.  This is an outstanding opening into the academy sector, business and finance is a growing area of opportunity for career progression for talented individuals.

As the SBP you will be fully supported through your development and will be mentored through a modern apprenticeship (if required).  You will have the passion and desire to further develop your skills in business management, be a team player with leadership skills. 

As a strong communicator you will be integral to support school leaders and taking on the responsibilities of the main SBP competencies of:

  • Leading support services
  • Finance
  • HR
  • Infrastructure
  • Procurement
  • Marketing
