TEACHING ASSISTANT

SUPPORT AND DELIVERY

Full time (32.5 hours per week)

Grade 5 £19,698 to £20,903 per annum

We are seeking to appoint a full time Teaching Assistant for 32.5 hours per week to commence in September 2021.

About You

This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking, inspiring and motivated individual to join our school. You will have the ability to engage students in their learning and promote positive behaviour. Using your initiative and creativity you will support the development of our students’ experiences and contribute to the schools success.

You will be expected to

Provide support for students within a classroom environment (and during examinations) in line with guidance on EHCPs, IEPs and Access arrangements

Work with students on an individual or small group basis providing learning and pastoral support.

Liaise with classroom teachers on the progress students have made to inform future support and planning
