Fire Protection - Team Leader (Green Book)

Full time position (37 hrs)

Salary - Grade M SCP 28-30 (£36,922 - £38,890)

Additional payments for out-of-hours rota

This fantastic opportunity gives you the chance to lead and guide a team of people that make a real difference to the people of Warwickshire and the Fire Service.

We are looking for an individual, experienced within the field of fire protection and/or building regulations who is enthusiastic, high performing, driven and self-motivated who likes a challenging and rewarding role.

You will need to be flexible and agile, and able to respond to emerging opportunities in line with the plans of the department and organisation. Also, be able to motivate others to contribute to Service and Team goals. It is expected that that you will be able to remain calm in high pressure situations, making sound decisions both managerial and those based on applicable guidance and legislation. You must have the ability to work flexibly, with minimum supervision to meet priorities and be an innovator in this field.
