Customer Services Apprentice

£4.30 per hour

37 hours per week

We are looking for someone who cares about customers; whether you are speaking with them over the phone or face-to-face, you will want to help and give them a service that is second-to-none. If you think this is you, we would love to hear from you. In return, whilst working towards your Apprenticeship, you will receive a wealth of training, support, and knowledge of local authority services and front-facing customer service.

  • This is a temporary 12 month placement within Telford & Wrekin Council.
  • The training programme will give a broad understanding and knowledge about the services provided by the team and enable the individual to gain a range of skills.
  • The post-holder will report to the Customer Contact Centre Team Leader, meet with their line manager frequently, attend regular team meetings and receive ongoing support.
