This is an exciting opportunity to join our Housing Services Team, you will be flexible, hardworking, have excellent interpersonal skills and have a good understanding or experience of the benefits to customers through partnership working. 

The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering a high-quality service to all residents, be able to connect and engage with our customers to both converse about housing related queries, challenge them when required and have an open mind with a non-judgemental attitude.

The post holder will deliver a high-quality housing management service for the tenants and residents of Woodside Park Gypsy and Traveller site based at Ryton-on-Dunsmore.

The role will provide advice, assistance and information to the tenants by way of office interviews and home visits, promote tenant and resident involvement in establishing and maintaining productive links and be responsible for the day to day management of the site.
