25 hours per week, term-time only

 

 

 

Empower Trust are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Trust Administrator with excellent oral, written and communication skills.  The post holder will be based within the Trust Central Team and will support Senior Trust staff.

The post will be based at our Central Team office in Hadnall, Shrewsbury.  The location offers a wonderful semi-rural location on Sansaw Business Park, and is surrounded by beautiful grounds with free car parking.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

A proven track record in providing a professional and courteous front-of-house service, including telephone, email and other enquiries;

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail and an ability to prioritise workload deadlines;

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with staff at all levels including Trustees and Senior Leaders;

Discretion with a clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality and the sensitivity of data;

Good proficiency and working knowledge of standard IT applications, including Word and Excel
