Programme Manager - Ambition Coventry
Ambition Coventry is an exciting programme that ensures young people in Coventry get the best start in life through high-quality support into job opportunities.
This position as Programme Manager will manage a first class service team who work with a wide range of partners to run Ambition Coventry.
The programme harness’ partners enthusiasm, skills and experience to support young people who are disengaged into jobs. At least 3,100 young people will receive personalised support to meet their needs.
We are looking for a Programme Manager to lead the management of this significant partnership programme. You should have substantial experience and knowledge of European funding programmes, excellent financial analysis skills and effective programme management techniques.
We are looking for someone with the ability to communicate with a wide range of partners with varying levels of experience of working with European funding.
You will have a programme team to manage who have been with the programme since its inception.
Your work will be target driven and you will need to demonstrate you can achieve challenging outcomes and can manage significant budgets.
37 hours per week
