Hours:
37.0 Hours per Week

Full-time (37hours per week), Term-time only + 2 weeks (including attendance for Exam Results weeks)

We are recruiting for an excellent administrator to join our busy team to provide a fully comprehensive support service in collaboration with the Data & Examinations Manager and other support staff. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a high level of administrative capability and experience including a good knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word and Excel) and the ability to pick up new software systems quickly. Applicants would also have a First Aid qualification or be willing to undertake first aid training. 

We are looking for someone who is calm under pressure, and is continually customer-focussed, remaining confident and professional at all times.  The ability to manage a varied workload, along with a friendly, positive and approachable manner is essential. Highly effective organisational, interpersonal and communication skills together with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, pupils and parents is essential. Previous experience of working in an educational environment would be useful but is not essential. Key tasks will include carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks requiring the ability to manage conflicting deadlines, working on reports and providing other ad hoc support. Candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to manage and prioritise a changing and varied workload whilst paying attention to detail. The ability to work independently as well as cooperatively as part of a small team is essential.
