One full time position of 36.5 hrs per week, working a shift pattern to include days, nights and weekends as required.

Careline provides a 24 x 7 x 365 days a year emergency technology enabled care service to around circa11k  vulnerable citizens across Birmingham.
The operator role is to answer potential life threatening, emergency alarm calls from technology devices, interrogating the caller and data available to identify if emergency help is required. Making calls to emergency services partners to request a response, contacting family, nok or friends etc.

  • Maintaining all records in compliance with data protection and the GDPR procedure.
  • Answering customer queries, completing assessments and making of appointments for installation or repairs.

Knowledge and previous experience of the TEC industry (technology enabled care) would be desirable.
