About Us and the Role

Are you looking to develop your legal skills in a public sector environment? Warwickshire Legal Services are looking for a keen, enthusiastic Legal Assistant to join the Information Governance & GDPR team.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to effective and efficiently support the team, work to deadlines, develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients.  As a Legal Assistant you will be assisting lawyers in all aspects of their work, and where appropriate hold your own caseload. Some experience working in a local authority legal environment would be desirable but not essential.

Warwickshire Legal Services has a national reputation, recognised in several national awards, as well as modern offices in a historic building in the middle of Warwick within a short distance of other popular towns like Leamington Spa, Kenilworth and Stratford-upon-Avon and in a central location on road and rail transport networks.  We offer flexible working arrangements, supported by the latest ICT, and in return we expect our staff to go the extra mile when our clients need it.
