Do you create ‘thumb-stopping’ content? Are you relentlessly creative? Know WOW-factor copy when you see it?

We have a number of opportunities within our Content and Communications team for Content Creatives working across the Council and a Marketing Executive dedicated to Worcestershire Children First who we want to be proactive in their thinking and unstoppable in their creativity.

Content Creatives
During the pandemic, our Content and Communications team has gone above and beyond to ensure we have remained connected with our residents across the county… and we don’t plan on stopping any time soon. Never before has what we communicate and how we communicate been so important.
We’re looking for highly creative individuals who are prepared to take their job role by the horns and elevate our communications – from social media to local engagement. You will need to be highly skilled in communication campaigns, delivering content to, and engaging with, various audiences across multiple social media channels, online, in the media and pretty much every other way of communicating you can think of!
You will work closely with our Press Desk, Social Media Desk, Internal Communication colleagues and Design and Print Team to deliver a wide range of campaigns. You will also connect with several project managers from different directorates across the council to help build an awareness of campaigns and the amazing work we do.
We’re looking for applicants who have a track record of managing and delivering imaginative campaigns and will bring with them a real passion for creating compelling content.

We are inclusive – this is important to us and we are proud to be a Disability Confident Employer.
