Whatever your role within Wyre Forest District Council, every day you will be working to benefit the people of Wyre Forest. You can help shape our District’s future, and you will be part of a workforce that makes a difference.
Quality, professionalism and commitment are the key drivers of the services we offer to enhance the quality of life of local residents and visitors to the District. In order to maintain high standards it is necessary to have a diverse workforce who are highly competent and experienced, whose main focus is ensuring the services we offer meet the aspirations and needs of our local community.
Do you enjoy working with people?
Wyre Forest District Council is recruiting a full-time community builder to work in specific areas within the district on an initial 2 year fixed term contract basis.

You will need to be confident communicating at all levels, with individuals and small groups.
Whilst the role is based within Wyre Forest District Council you will spend the majority of your time working within the community and in co-operation with other local organisations. This is an exciting new collaborative role with potential to make a significant long-lasting impact in neighbourhoods and communities.
Although this is a full time role we would consider applications from those wanting to work part time.
