The Role


14.0 Hours per Week

Barford St. Peter's C.E. (V.A.) Primary School are looking for a friendly, calm, well organised individual to join their office team. The role has become available due to long term illness, as well as additional workload created by our new wrap around provision. This is an exciting opportunity to join our wonderful school community with the potential to become permanent in the future. The hours can be flexible to suit the candidate's preference.

Key Requirements

The role will involve processing all HR for the whole school staff, including our wrap around provision 'Barford Bright Stars' and our Pre-school staff. Training is available for those with no prior HR experience.

The role will also include managing the finances of three separate funding streams; the main school budget (this role will be shared with the current part-time finance officer), Barford Bright Stars, and our Pre-school. Experience of SIMS FMS would be beneficial, however training can be provided.
