The Council's Licensing & Waste Enforcement Team are looking to recruit an experienced Licensing professional to manage the section's Licensing Enforcement Team.

Hours: 37 per week

Salary:  Grade 10

The Council's Licensing & Waste Enforcement Team are looking to recruit an experienced Licensing professional to manage the section's Licensing Enforcement Team.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for a team of officers who provide enforcement under various legislation, including the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005.

The postholder will have responsibility for the day to day management of enforcement activities to ensure that licensing conditions are being maintained in all premises and events subject to licensing by the Council, and to ensure that Hackney and Private Hire Operators meet statutory and Authority specified policies, responsibilities and obligations.
