Salary: £32,910 - 38,890 DOE.
Hanley Castle are looking to appoint a full-time Estates and Facilities Manager from September. The role involves managing all aspects of the Multi-Academy Trust's properties including , but not limited to upkeep, care, maintenance, security, health and safety, and facilities management in line with current regulations. Our MAT includes 3 primaries, and 1 secondary all within close proximity to each other. You will oversee 26 staff, with 8 direct reports.
Working hours: 37 per week
Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm
Friday 8.30 - 4pm.
The right candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, and preferably a qualification in a relevant subject eg PRINCE, NEBOSH etc
