The post of Operations Director is an exciting opportunity within the Trust to work within our Executive Team. Our Trust supports the delivery of educational excellence to children with Special Educational Needs across a range of settings within Birmingham. The Trust is growing and expanding, and this role will develop alongside a wider Executive Team.

The successful applicant will be committed to the Trust and ensure the children who we educate are provided with facilities and services that they deserve. They will bring with them expertise in the fields of project management and have an understanding of service delivery of IT, HR and Payroll, cleaning, FM and estate services. They will be a line

manager for others in our central team. In return we will provide them with a supportive executive team and ongoing professional development.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
